Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Return policy

Our return policy complies with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16 , which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users , as well as Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade , modified by Law 47/2002 to adapt it to European Directive 97/7/EC .

Within this framework, Steam Head Studio customers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal , unequivocally notifying their decision to cancel the purchase.

2. How to make a return

Before using the products, we recommend that you check that they meet your needs.

If you wish to make a return, you must contact us by sending an email to steamheadstudio.shs@gmail.com with the subject "Return" followed by the order number .

To start the process, we will need:

  • Detailed product photographs.

  • A brief description of the reason for the return.

If the return does not meet the requirements, Steam Head Studio will contact you to explain the reasons for the rejection.

The customer is responsible for packaging and shipping the product , therefore returns will not be accepted if the item arrives damaged or deteriorated.

Once the product has been received and inspected, Steam Head Studio will proceed with the refund of the corresponding amount .
The return shipping costs will also be paid by Steam Head Studio upon completion of the process, provided the return is accepted.

3. Products that are not eligible for return

In accordance with current regulations, returns are not accepted for:

  • Digital downloadable content items.

4. Order cancellations

  • Orders for physical products can be canceled at any time as long as they have not entered the preparation or shipping phase .

  • Orders for downloadable digital content cannot be canceled , as they are received immediately after purchase.

5. Shipping

Preparation times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of receiving payment.

Shipping times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service, but the approximate times are:

  • Spain (Peninsula): 2–5 business days.

  • Europe: 5–10 business days.

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days.

All shipments are made from Spain and include a tracking number .

6. Shipping costs

  • Spain (Peninsula): €6.50

    • Free shipping on orders over €95

  • Europe: €15

  • Rest of the world: 25 €

We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Steam Head Studio is not responsible for additional customs charges , which must be paid by the customer.
