2. General Hiring Procedure

The hiring process can only be conducted in Spanish. If it can be conducted in another language, this will be indicated before the hiring process begins.
For the product purchase agreement in our store to be valid, the order information provided by the user must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms, which may result in the termination of the contract with Steam Head Studio .

3. Purchase validation

Once the purchase has been made, Steam Head Studio will immediately send the user an order confirmation via email.
If the customer does not agree with the information provided in the confirmation, they may request a modification of the information or cancellation of the order.

In any case, the communication regarding cancellation or modification must be made within seven business days of order confirmation, via email to steamheadstudio.shs@gmail.com
, and provided that the order has not been shipped.

6. Delivery conditions

Depending on the chosen shipping method and the final destination of the order, it will arrive within a specific delivery time (you can find out about the delivery times when you select the shipping method).

It should be noted that the deadlines may vary depending on the time of year and the management of the company itself.
The order preparation time is 24/48 hours.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Withdrawal
Order cancellation

An order can only be canceled if it has not yet been shipped.
To cancel an order, please send an email to steamheadstudio.shs@gmail.com
and to facilitate the reference of the order that you wish to cancel.
The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen when placing the order.

Returns and commercial withdrawal. Right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal is the consumer's right to return a product to the store within a legal period without having to give any reason or suffer any penalty.
As established by law, the consumer and user shall have the right to withdraw from the contract within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, without needing to state a reason and without incurring any cost, except those foreseen in articles 107.2 and 108 of Royal Decree 1/2007, of November 16.

This applies only to models and products in stock, not to made-to-order models, digital content, or custom orders.

Steam Head Studio is not responsible for any effects that may result from the misuse of resin figures or any product purchased on our website.

Due to its characteristics, the product does not include support service or assistance for its use.

In accordance with Article 29 of Law 34/2002, contracts concluded electronically with consumers shall be deemed to have been concluded in the place where the consumer has their habitual residence.
Therefore, in the event of a dispute arising from these conditions, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the User's domicile.

Likewise, electronic contracts between businesses or professionals, in the absence of an agreement between the parties, shall be presumed to have been entered into in the place where the service provider is established.
